Headlight comes with everything pictured, ie ballast, bulb, projector, casing. They came off my car with 157k. I believe the tabs are broken but I never had any fitment issues.
Full disclosure, I believe the headlights were previously opened and modified to paint the amber side markets white so that they look JDM.
